WOW … what a fabulous day!! From start to finish me & my partner had the best afternoon at the Milford store.We were firstly warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. We had booked for afternoon tea and pottery painting. We were told step by step what was included and how the whole process works. So we firstly picked a piece of pottery (which took us a while as there was so much lovely choices of pieces) There was prices wrote clearly on every piece (very reasonable) so you knew exactly what you was going to pay. The choices of paint and how to use them was explained so well so we knew exactly what we was doing. We was served the most lovely hot drinks & then on came the afternoon tea …. The cakes were sooooo good and lots left over to take home! We were able to come away from the session with our pieces and put them in place at home. When we found out the Cannock Mcarther Glen store was opening we just couldn’t wait to visit and try this store. What a beautiful store and again like Milford such friendly welcoming staff from start to finish. I cannot recommend both locations for a lovely day out and I cannot wait to return for a Christmas paint.

First visit and I would like to say that the staff are amazing. Greeted at the door and shown to our table, each step was explained and which paint would work best. I would say I’m definitely not a natural with the paintbrush and Tash offered advice and guidance. We were a group of four enjoying a Christmas gift and Festive afternoon tea (with Prosecco ). The whole experience was very enjoyable and I will visit again, choosing something a little less challenging .

every visit to pretty pots Cannock & Stafford locations have always been nothing short of perfection! Both teams of staff at each venue are always super accommodating, informative and so friendly and welcoming! The food is absolutely gorgeous I especially love the festive afternoon tea (savoury lovers dream with some cheeky pudding too). There have been occasions when I have gone over deadlines to collect pottery that I have created and a quick conversation with them via social media I am always assured they will keep my item for me and pop it to one side if I need to. Such a lovely group of people and a fantastic business! Would 10/10 recommend.
